What Is Hasbihal?

Hasbihal is crafted by bringing two of our blends together: the spring freshness of Mayıs tea and the deep, balanced brew of Gold tea. Mayıs comes from the fresh leaves of the first harvest, nourished by snowmelt, and opens up the blend with its aroma. Gold, made from carefully selected leaves, provides body and colour to the brew. Together they produce a balanced tea that can be brewed in the morning and stays fresh throughout the day.

Where Does the Name Come From?

Hasbihal means a heartfelt conversation. In the Black Sea region, tea is conversation itself — as glasses are refilled, the chat goes on. We created this blend to accompany long, unhurried conversations.

Who Is It For?

For those who love the freshness of Mayıs tea but want a deep brew all day long. If you find Mayıs too light on its own and Gold too intense, Hasbihal strikes the perfect balance between the two.

How to Brew

Add one teaspoon of tea per person to the top pot of your Turkish double teapot (çaydanlık), pour boiling water over it and leave to steep for 12–15 minutes. If you prefer a stronger brew, extend the time by a few minutes — the Gold side of the blend handles a longer steep with ease.
