Terms of use
- • Minimum redemption: 100 tohum (1.00 TL).
- • Up to 50% of an order can be paid with points.
- • Points are added to your account once the order is paid and delivered — shipping fees and VAT do not earn points, and the amount after discounts applies.
- • If an order is cancelled or returned then earned points are reversed in proportion to the refunded amount, and redeemed points are returned in the same proportion.
- • Earned points are valid for 12 months; unused points expire automatically. Redemptions use your oldest points first; you'll be reminded 14 days before they expire.
- • Opening more than one account per person is prohibited. Fake/duplicate accounts will be closed and their points deleted.
- • For the referral bonus, the invited person's first order must be paid and delivered (up to 10 referrals are rewarded per month). Points earned by self-referral are invalid.
- • Programme rules may be updated with prior notice.
